NAGC Board President Sally Krisel Recognizes Ken Dickson with the President’s Award

Ken.pngThe National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) will presented Ken Dickson with the 2017 President’s Award the general session at the NAGC 64th Annual Convention in Charlotte, NC.

“Ken Dickson is someone who does not seek the limelight...  he just gets the job done,” said Sally Krisel, NAGC Board President. 

Dickson has been an educator for more than 40 years. During most of that time, he has served in K-12 administrative roles for exceptional needs learners. His primary interest focuses on maximizing the potential of gifted and talented children and relationships between cultural and academic diversity.

A member since 1998, Dickson has quietly and consistently served NAGC with distinction, including as a regular presenter at the annual convention, regular volunteer leader, and an elected at-large Board member (2000-2003).
